Check out the details below and see if this is the right fit for you.&nbsp;&nbsp; Purpose of Role/Summary: The Performance Marketing Manager, owns the end-to-end strategy, execution and optimization of all paid acquisition channels. Leads a specialized team and manage multimillion-dollar budgets. The role is critical in hitting aggressive CAC, ROAS and revenue targets, and scaling INGOT’s footprint across web and mobile.&nbsp; Main Activities and Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Develop and own quarterly and annual paid-media strategies across search, social, display and programmatic channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, Criteo, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, AdRoll, etc.)</li><li>Allocate and reconcile monthly budgets to maximize ROI and meet aggressive growth targets</li><li>Lead campaign setup, targeting, bidding and creative testing. Drive continuous A/B tests to improve conversion rates and lower CAC</li><li>Partner with our CRO team to optimize landing pages, user funnels and on-site experiences</li><li>Work closely with external creative agencies to develop and iterate high-impact ads</li><li>Build and maintain dashboards that track CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and other core KPIs</li><li>Present weekly and monthly performance reviews to executive leadership, highlighting wins, risks and action plans</li><li>Troubleshoot tracking issues (UTMs, attribution, app-install measurement) in partnership with our dev team</li><li>Any other duties relevant to the role</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Skills &amp; Experience: &nbsp;<ul><li>5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in the FX industry</li><li>Proven track record running large-scale paid campaigns across search, social and programmatic channels</li><li>Strong analytical skills.
