The role involves managing all branch payment transactions, including issuing receipts, handling cash and card payments, daily reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth financial operations with timely and accurate reporting. Will also manage phone calls and customer enquiries while making sure that all Toyota Customer standards are in place.This role is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to develop their career within the Automotive industry, wants to work in a reputable organization and loves working with customers.&nbsp;&nbsp;MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;•Issue and sent receipts to client for all branch transactions (Cash, Bank transfers, Online payments etc) •Control Visa machine for payments&nbsp;•Perform cash counts and provide reconciliation to Finance department daily.&nbsp;•Reconcile Visa payments with the receipts issued.&nbsp;•Cash and cheque lodgements as required.&nbsp;•Post expenses paid from cash till.&nbsp;•Reconcile Limassol vendors and provide invoices for payment to Finance department monthly.&nbsp;•Keep all records in place.&nbsp;•Overall support of the Aftersales team.&nbsp;&nbsp;DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;•At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.&nbsp;•Very good knowledge of written and verbal Greek and English languages.&nbsp;•Excellent computer skills.&nbsp;•Pleasant and enthusiastic personality is a must for the position.&nbsp;•Organizational skills.&nbsp;•A well-presented individual with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed.&nbsp;COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:&nbsp;•A complete remuneration package based on your experience.&nbsp;•13th salary and part of 14th salary.&nbsp;•21 days paid holiday.&nbsp;•A very generous provident fund scheme.&nbsp;•Discount scheme on both products and services of the company.&nbsp;•Continuous online and physical training which will further enhance your career and development.&nbsp;&nbsp;We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all and our decisions are based on character, qualifications, and experience.
