Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support the preparation and updating of development project financial models, including budgets, cash flows, and feasibility analyses.</li><li>Improve and standardize existing financial model templates to enhance clarity and accuracy.</li><li>Monitor and update models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect real-time changes in costs, revenues, and timelines.</li><li>Prepare plan vs. actual (fact) reports to track performance against financial projections.</li><li>Analyze and interpret financial parameters including IRR, ROI, NPV, peak equity exposure, cash-on-cash returns, etc.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of presentations and investment memorandums for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, architects, and external consultants to gather data and validate assumptions.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.</li><li>1–2 years of experience in a finance-related role, ideally in real estate development, investment, or project finance.</li><li>Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (including financial modeling, advanced formulas, charts, pivot tables).</li><li>Solid understanding of key financial metrics and modeling logic (IRR, ROI, NPV, peak equity, etc.).</li><li>Fluent in English (spoken and written);</li><li>Greek and Russian languages skills are an advantage, but not essential.</li><li>Ability to work within an international team and communicate effectively across departments.</li><li>Strong analytical and out-of-the-box thinking skills.</li><li>Punctual, responsible, stress-resistant, and goal-oriented.</li></ul> We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to work in a leading international real estate development firm</li><li>Exposure to large-scale and high-end development projects</li><li>Professional growth and career development within a fast-paced environment</li><li>A collaborative and supportive team culture</li></ul>Welcome with CV <a href="mailto:elena.prokhorenko@inex-group.com">elena.prokhorenko@inex-group.com</a>
