About Hub Nicosia&nbsp; Hub Nicosia is a youth oriented, educational non-for-profit organisation that promotes inclusion, sustainability, and community empowerment, implementing national and EU-funded projects that generate social impact.&nbsp;&nbsp;Role Overview&nbsp; We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of EU-funded and local social innovation projects. The successful candidate will coordinate all phases of project management—planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting—while fostering collaboration with partners, stakeholders, and the wider community.&nbsp;&nbsp;Required Qualifications&nbsp;<ul><li>Master’s degree in any of the following or relevant areas: Information and Communication Technologies, Environment and Sustainable Development, Educational Technology, Entrepreneurship, Health.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>At least 5 years of proven experience in EU-funded projects management.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent spoken and written English; Greek is an advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent academic writing skills in English.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to network and represent the organisation and its vision.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Results driven with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent team player with proven leadership skills, and ability to acquire and share knowledge.&nbsp;</li><li>Passionate about social inclusion and social justice. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Lead the day-to-day implementation of EU-funded projects.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with project partners, organize meetings, and ensure timely delivery of outputs.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare project and other relevant reports, including financial documentation.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support dissemination, communication and exploitation activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate local workshops and conduct fieldwork research.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate and supervise volunteers, and interns, where needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead proposal development for EU and national funding calls.&nbsp;</li><li>Handling of EU project platforms and reporting tools (e.g., Beneficiary Module, Mobility Tool).&nbsp;</li><li>Represent the organisation in project meetings, and other events abroad.</li></ul>&nbsp;We Offer:&nbsp;<ul><li>Highly Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, including bonus.&nbsp;</li><li>An inclusive work environment with a positive culture.&nbsp;</li><li>Lifelong learning opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li>Professional growth.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Travel and participation in European events.&nbsp;</li><li>Purpose-driven work that challenges you and creates lasting impact.&nbsp;</li></ul>How to Apply&nbsp; Please send your CV and a cover letter to <a href="mailto:careers@hubnicosia.org">careers@hubnicosia.org</a> with the subject line: “Senior Project Manager Application – [Your Name]”.
