This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated finance professional to contribute to the Group’s overall financial strategy and ensure effective financial management across all operations—including both our core Hospitality Division and our growing Construction &amp; Development activities.In this role, you will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls while supporting strategic decision-making throughout the organization.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and provide strategic direction to the Debtors and Creditors teams across the Group, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient execution of all tasks.</li><li>Oversee all financial accounting and reporting functions for both the Hospitality operations and the Construction &amp; Development Division.</li><li>Review and validate key financial calculations, ensuring full compliance with IFRS, tax legislation, and internal policies.</li><li>Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, maintaining adherence to timelines and reporting standards.</li><li>Prepare and consolidate standalone and group-wide management accounts and other internal financial reports to aid in decision-making.</li><li>Monitor financial transactions across business units, investigate variances, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Review debtor reconciliations and ageing analyses; follow up on outstanding balances and implement effective collection strategies.</li><li>Oversee the end-to-end creditors’ cycle, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliation of accounts payable.</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders across all departments to resolve payment or accounting issues.</li><li>Serve as a key liaison between the Finance Department and other divisions, including Construction, and manage relationships with external auditors.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company-wide financial policies, controls, and compliance procedures.</li><li>Mentor, train, and support the development of team members within the finance department.</li><li>Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to Bookkeepers and supporting staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field</li><li>Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)</li><li>3+ years of experience in a financial management position</li><li>Strong knowledge of IFRS, Cyprus tax laws, and VAT regulations</li><li>Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel</li><li>Fluent in both Greek and English (written and verbal)</li><li>Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills</li><li>Previous experience in the hospitality industry will be considered an advantage</li></ul>Ready to take your finance career to the next level and make a real impact? additional experienced Financial Manager that will empower Kanika Group to

island. The Group currently employs around 1,500 team members and consists of
two divisions: the hotels &amp; resorts division and the construction &amp;
development division, which also include a property management company.With a clear vision and a sound

commitment to its core values.The Financial Manager is accountable
for the effective operation of the Accounts Department relevant to the
Construction &amp; Development Division, ensuring that all the accounting
records and transactions are accurate and in compliance with the relevant
standards.Key responsibilities:<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Supervises
 and provides overall direction and guidance to the Debtors and Creditors
 teams, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work.</li><li>Manages
 the financial accounting and reporting process and reviews the preparation
 of relevant calculations and accounting entries.</li><li>Ensures
 period end close activities are performed according to agreed close
 schedules and that accounting policies are in compliance with the
 applicable regulatory laws and policies for financial and tax reporting.</li><li>Prepares
 the standalone and consolidated management accounts&nbsp; and all other
 necessary management reports relevant to the Construction &amp;
 Development Division.</li><li>Oversees
 transactions, investigates variances and proactively identifies potential
 issues to streamline and improve productivity and accuracy of the
 processes.</li><li>Reviews
 the debtors reconciliation and ageing analysis and liaises with debtors
 and other employees across the Group, as necessary, to follow up on
 unsettled and overdue amounts.</li><li>Reviews
 the processing of invoices and oversees the creditors’ payment cycle.</li><li>Reviews
 the creditors reconciliation and ageing analysis and liaises with other
 employees across the Group as necessary, to follow up on unsettled and
 overdue amounts.</li><li>Acts
 as the key point of contact and manages relationships with Construction
 &amp; Development and other Group functions, while maintaining continuous
 communication with external auditors.</li><li>Monitors
 and ensures the execution of tasks of the Construction &amp; Development
 Division as per the policies and processes in place.</li><li>Oversees
 the training and development of the Debtors and Creditors teams allocated
 to the Construction &amp; Development Division.</li><li>Provides
 feedback and is responsible for the performance appraisal of the Debtors
 and Creditors Teams Bookkeepers.</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;">



</div>Qualification and skills:<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Qualified
 member of an accountancy body ACCA/ACA/CIMA.</li><li>2+
 years post qualification experience.</li><li>Good
 understanding of IFRS and experience in preparing management reports and
 financial statements in accordance to IFRS.</li><li>Strong
 organizational, analytical and communication skills.</li><li>Ability
 to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.</li><li>Energetic,
 highly motivated with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence.</li><li>Proficient
 user of the Greek, English language (oral and written).</li><li>Advanced
 use of Microsoft Excel.</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;">
