The main responsibilities and requirements include:<ul><li>Manning of catering crew for assigned fleet of Cruise passenger vessels.</li><li>Point of contact for Operations Manager, Crew members and Crew agencies.</li><li>Issuing work contracts and other working papers.</li><li>Organizing and ensuring smooth start and end of the sailing season in cooperation with the HR/Crewing Manager and the Travel Department.</li><li>Performing mass crew embarkations, disembarkations, and Crew change operations.</li><li>Organizing and ensuring smooth start and end of season in cooperation with HR Manager and HR Travel Coordinator.</li><li>Preparation for working&nbsp;schedules and expense reports for payroll purpose.</li><li>Monitors rotation, contract changes, provides timely notification and handles administrative processing – including Documentation and Reporting</li></ul>For this position, the following skills are required:<ul><li>Degree in HR, Hospitality or Catering Industry, preferable but not a requirement.</li><li>Fluent in English (spoken and written).</li><li>Proficient use of Microsoft Office.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Self-confident.</li><li>Analytical thinking.</li><li>Reliability and flexibility.</li><li>Ability to work with strict deadlines.</li><li>Able to adapt in a fast-moving environment.</li></ul>We offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Private health Insurance</li></ul>At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position would be considered an advantage.You can send all applications at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:demetris.constantinides@riveradvice.com">demetris.constantinides@riveradvice.com</a>
