Assistant Treasurer&nbsp;G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Group, one of the 25 largest and most reputable companies in Cyprus, is currently seeking to recruit a professional and motivated individual for the position of Assistant Treasurer, to be based at our Head Offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.&nbsp;Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in daily cash positioning and bank reconciliations across multiple entities and currencies</li><li>Monitor bank account balances, and prepare internal reports on liquidity and cash flow</li><li>Execute and record treasury payments</li><li>Support in opening/closing bank accounts and maintaining banking mandates</li><li>Assist with the administration of bank guarantees, letters of credit, and other financial instruments</li><li>Support audit requests, internal controls, and compliance with treasury policies</li><li>Liaise with banks and internal departments on treasury-related queries</li><li>Contribute to continuous process improvement and automation of treasury tasks</li><li>Assist in the development and execution of automated treasury tools</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field</li><li>Up to 2 years of experience in a finance or treasury-related role</li><li>Basic understanding of cash flow and banking products</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel &amp; Business Intelligence systems is a plus</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary&nbsp;</li><li>13th salary</li><li>21 days of annual leave</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Career development opportunities within a growing group</li></ul>&nbsp;Applications:Interested applicants are invited to send their CV’s to <a href="mailto:careers@gapgroup.com">careers@gapgroup.com</a>, quoting the reference number GAP-ATR-2025&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.Only applicants whose previous experience and qualifications closely match the requirements of the position will be contacted.
