Responsibilities<ul><li>Daily Operations &amp; Quality Control Oversee the restaurant floor and kitchen to ensure efficient, seamless service. Maintain high standards in food presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.</li><li>Staff Leadership &amp; Training Train, schedule, and supervise staff. Develop a positive team environment, conduct performance reviews, and mentor new employees.</li><li>Guest Experience &amp; Service Ensure exceptional service—greet guests, resolve issues quickly, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.</li><li>Financial Oversight Analyse sales reports, control costs (food, beverage, labour). Identify opportunities to boost profitability.</li><li>Inventory &amp; Vendor Relations Track stock levels, order supplies, and liaise with suppliers. Work with F&amp;B Manager to balance food and drink purchasing.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Safety Ensure adherence to HACCP protocols and Health &amp; Safety standards.
