We are seeking a dynamic and passionate HR &amp; Training Manager to join our growing beauty retail company with 10 stores. This role is pivotal in attracting, developing, and retaining talented team members who share our love for beauty and commitment to exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate is not only skilled in human resources and training but also genuinely passionate about the beauty industry, trends, and products. You will be the driving force behind building a motivated, knowledgeable, and high-performing team that embodies our brand’s values and delivers outstanding experiences to our customers.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all store staff, ensuring a strong cultural fit and passion for beauty.</li><li>Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs covering product knowledge, customer service excellence, and brand standards.</li><li>Partner with store managers to identify training needs and support employee development plans.</li><li>Oversee performance management processes, including regular evaluations, coaching, and feedback.</li><li>Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that inspires employee engagement and retention.</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across all locations.</li><li>Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with beauty industry trends to keep training content relevant and inspiring.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Deep passion for beauty products, trends, and customer experience.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with multiple store teams and senior leadership.</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Driving License as this person will be traveling to our shops all around Cyprus.&nbsp;</li></ul>
