Area Manager KFC- Paphos Area&nbsp;We are looking for an experienced and driven Area Manager to lead the operations of our brand restaurants in Paphos.This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, team development, financial performance, and customer satisfaction across all assigned units.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant units, ensuring adherence to brand standards, food safety protocols, and exceptional customer service. Conduct regular and surprise store visits to monitor performance and compliance.</li><li>Team Management &amp; Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Restaurant General Managers, Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Team Members. Provide performance feedback, conduct evaluations, and support career development planning.</li><li>Customer Experience: Foster a customer-focused culture by training teams to exceed service expectations. Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Financial Oversight: Monitor sales, labour, inventory, and controllables. Collaborate with RGMs to meet margin targets and implement cost-control strategies. Review store-level financials and guide RGMs on improving profitability.</li><li>Business Planning: Work with restaurant teams to develop Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and drive performance against established business objectives. Participate in the brand’s annual business planning process.</li><li>New Store Openings: Play a key role in launching new units, ensuring operational readiness, proper staffing, and adherence to brand and quality standards.</li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Marketing, IT, QA, Training, and Maintenance departments to support unit-level needs, communicate challenges, and implement aligned solutions.</li><li>Facilities &amp; Vendor Management: Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained to standards.</li><li>Performance Monitoring: Track key operational KPIs, including Speed of Service (SOS), labour productivity, and sales metrics. Use data-driven insights to drive improvement plans.</li><li>HR &amp; Culture Leadership: Work closely with the HR team to forecast staffing needs, support recruitment, and promote a positive, fair, and compliant work environment.
