IT Support Officer &nbsp;EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-timeINDUSTRY:&nbsp;Technology &nbsp;&nbsp;Cronje &amp; Yiannas Actuaries and Consultants Ltd, on behalf of a client, a highly dynamic, and innovative Technology Solutions company, seeks to recruit a competent and experienced IT Support Officer to join their high-caliber professional team in Nicosia.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;The successful candidates will provide comprehensive technical support to internal and external clients, ensuring smooth operations of the company’s IT systems and technological solutions. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in IT support as well as hands-on experience with printer equipment.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Providing first and second-level support for the internal IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting network issues, managing Active Directory, and resolving problems with Cisco devices</li><li>Providing&nbsp;technical support to external clients regarding photocopier maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs (Network Connectivity, Network printing/Scanning/Email, etc)</li><li>Installing and supporting Xerox Workplace Suite and YSoft solutions for internal and external clients</li><li>Maintaining and troubleshooting the production printers (including Fiery controllers) in the copy center, ensuring optimal performance</li><li>Communicating effectively with clients, providing timely and efficient support</li><li>Documenting support requests and resolutions</li><li>Performing preventative maintenance on Xerox equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance</li><li>Undertaking any additional responsibilities within the role’s scope&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in IT support</li><li>Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)</li><li>Experience with Active Directory and Cisco networking equipment is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with Xerox Workplace Suite and YSoft solutions is highly desirable</li><li>Experience with Fiery controllers for production printers is a plus</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Proficiency in both oral and written communication in English and Greek languages</li></ul>&nbsp;RemunerationA competitive remuneration package is offered, based on qualifications and practical experience, including:&nbsp;<ul><li>Gross salary up to €26,000 per annum, paid over 13 installments</li><li>A company car, mobile phone, and laptop to support responsibilities</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement</li><li>Professional and supportive working environment</li></ul>Applications:All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
