We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. At current,&nbsp;bbf:&nbsp;is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a&nbsp;Facility Manager. Main tasks and responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate and&nbsp;support sustainable, safe, and efficient facility management&nbsp;for residential areas.</li><li>Ensure proper maintenance of residential sites to uphold the bbf: brand and leading position in the local market.</li><li>Support bbf: residents in the centralized management&nbsp;of buildings, structures, and support services within residential areas (this includes understanding residential systems, addressing claims, staying informed about general residents meetings, and more).</li><li>Provide management and&nbsp;administrative support to residents&nbsp;in bbf: residential areas.</li><li>Provide management and administrative support to other bbf: departments for joint activities.</li><li>Supervise technical operations, maintenance, audits, inspections, and asset value preservation in residential buildings.</li><li>Ensure effective communication with contractors to facilitate completion or adjustments of pending tasks.</li></ul>Main Requirements:<ul><li>Fluency in Russian, advanced command of English, Greek language skills are a plus</li><li>Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant engineering field is preferrable,</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience&nbsp;in facility management,</li><li>Experience in sustainable facility management is an asset</li><li>Proven leadership and management skills</li><li>Demonstrated project management experience</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Good interpersonal and reporting skills are key.</li><li>Strategic thinking and crisis management abilities, with business-minded and cost-conscious mindset.</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Young, dynamic and amiable working environment.</li><li>Comfortable and prestigious office.</li><li>Provision of 13th salary.</li><li>Company car &amp; full fuel expenses coverage.</li></ul>All interested Candidates are kindly invited to submit their applications <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://bbf.bamboohr.com/careers/203?source=aWQ9MTU%3D">HERE</a>.
