Our aim is to make trading accessible, transparent, and profitable—for everyone.&nbsp;Position Overview :&nbsp; We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help build and scale our infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and automation workflows. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our cloud environment, CI/CD processes, and containerized workloads to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across all systems. If you’re passionate about automation, cloud infrastructure, and continuous delivery, and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage and provision infrastructure using Terraform (IaC) • &nbsp; &nbsp;Deploy and operate Kubernetes workloads using Argo CD • &nbsp; &nbsp;Work with AWS services to deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure • &nbsp; &nbsp;Build internal tools and automation scripts using Python (or similar) • &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure best practices around reliability, scalability, and security • &nbsp; &nbsp;Apply SRE practices for monitoring, incident response, and service health • &nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues to ensure high availability Required Qualifications and Experience • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS • &nbsp; &nbsp;Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools • &nbsp; &nbsp;CI/CD pipeline development and management using GitHub Actions • &nbsp; &nbsp;In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker • &nbsp; &nbsp;GitOps-based continuous delivery using Argo CD • &nbsp; &nbsp;Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic (ELK stack) Nice to Have / Bonus: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience applying SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, etc.) • &nbsp; &nbsp;Python scripting for automation and tooling&nbsp;What We Offer:&nbsp; &nbsp;• Competitive base salary + performance-based commission &nbsp;• Opportunity to join a rapidly scaling fintech innovator &nbsp;• Career growth and development opportunities &nbsp;• Engaging and collaborative team culture&nbsp;Ready to join us ?
