How This Role Fits into the Organisation

<ul><li>Fulfill customer needs for preventative and corrective maintenance, updates/upgrades, installations, and workshop repairs in accordance with contractual obligations.</li><li>Complete all required service documentation electronically via a dedicated field service software, ensuring seamless communication with the Customer Care Centre and internal teams.</li><li>Comply with service escalation procedures and ensure that all customer requests, complaints, and feedback are appropriately addressed and communicated to the relevant department.</li><li>Implement the requirements of the company’s integrated Quality Management System, based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of safety instructions and operational procedures, participating in ongoing training courses (self-learning, computer-based, and on-the-job training).</li></ul>

Your Mission and Responsibilities

<ul><li>Successfully completed Technical or Degree training in Engineering or related fields.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to develop sound working relationships with customers and internal teams.</li><li>Possession of a valid driving license.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).</li><li>Strong attention to detail, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical problems on advanced medical technology.</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally for training/specialisation.</li><li>Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to utilise computer-based tools for reports and communication.</li></ul>

Skills Required (Essential)

<ul><li>Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.</li><li>IELTS score of 6 or above.</li><li>Experience in service, maintenance, and/or installation activities for CT, MR, Molecular Imaging (MI), Ultrasounds, or other medical equipment.</li><li>Background in a customer-driven organisation.</li><li>An interest in fixing and making things.</li><li>Some knowledge of the German language.</li></ul>
