Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the full lifecycle of employee migration processes, including visa applications, work permits, and residence renewals.</li><li>Coordinate with government authorities and immigration consultants to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.</li><li>Support new hires and current employees through the migration process, providing clear guidance on required documentation and timelines.</li><li>Process and manage end-to-end payroll cycles on time for all employees, in compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.</li><li>Review the working hours, and leave records to calculate the payment accurately.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records related to salary, benefits, deductions, and other payroll-related components.</li><li>Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and payroll legislation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Migration Specialist or anything related.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong knowledge of visa application and renewal procedures, work permits, and related employment documentation.</li><li>Familiarity with regional labor and immigration laws.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English language.</li><li>Experience in Payroll will be considered a plus.</li><li>You use AI not just occasionally, but as a core part of how you think, work, and deliver results.
