Logistics Manager On behalf of a client, one of the leading retail companies, we are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize logistics operations across our retail network. Objective This role is responsible for managing two strategically located warehouses, overseeing product distribution to retail sales points, and leading a logistics office team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and communication skills to ensure the seamless flow of goods from warehouse to store, while also driving team performance and continuous improvement. Position’s Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations of two warehouses, including inventory control, receiving, storage, and shipping.</li><li>Plan and coordinate efficient distribution of goods to multiple retail sales locations, ensuring on-time and in-full deliveries.</li><li>Optimize delivery schedules, transport routes, and logistics service providers to meet performance and cost targets.</li><li>Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and space utilization.</li><li>Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records across all locations.</li><li>Lead initiatives to minimize stock discrepancies, overstock, and stockouts.</li><li>Lead and manage a team, responsible for logistics coordination and documentation</li><li>Assign tasks, monitor performance, and support the professional development of team members.</li><li>Foster a positive, results-driven team culture with a focus on accountability, efficiency, and collaboration.</li><li>Implement standard operating procedures and workflows to improve internal communication and responsiveness.</li><li>Utilize logistics software, ERP, and WMS tools for visibility and decision-making.</li><li>Produce regular reports on logistics performance, cost analysis, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Identify and implement process enhancements to drive operational efficiency.</li></ul> Position’s Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally within the retail sector.</li><li>Proven experience managing warehouse operations and distribution networks.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English languages.</li><li>Strong leadership skills, with experience supervising both operational and administrative staff.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in logistics systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry best practices.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience managing multi-site warehouse and logistics teams.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP and WMS platforms.</li><li>Experience working in fast-paced retail or consumer goods environments.</li></ul> ​​​​​​​Employer’s Details Benefits<ul><li>14th&nbsp;salary</li><li>Additional Christmas &amp; Easter gift in vouchers</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Training opportunities</li><li>Discounts on Products</li></ul>Working Hours:&nbsp;Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 17:30If you are interested, please submit your CV via the provided link: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17508564985600069663uQa">https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17508564985600069663uQa</a>
