CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly regarded company operating in the iGaming industry, we are seeking to recruit a Commercial Legal Counsel to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising the group on a day-to-day basis on a variety of legal matters pertaining to labour law, partnerships, international ventures, and corporate finance. You should be educated to degree level in Law, preferably from a UK university. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 4+ years of experience in a similar role, with specific experience gained working in either the iGaming or Payments industries considered a significant advantage. Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and relevant procedures are a must. Fluency in English is essential for this role. A highly competitive remuneration and benefits package will be offered to the successful applicant, which includes private medical insurance, and a company provident fund. &nbsp;&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Advising the group on a day to day basis on a variety of legal matters pertaining to labour law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc…</li><li>Give accurate and timely legal advice to executives for a variety of commercial topics.</li><li>Taking the lead in negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements including but not limited to, game supplier agreements, payment service provider agreements, license agreements, NDAs and marketing agreements.</li><li>Advising the group on IP and licensing matters.</li><li>Serve as a liaison with external legal counsels on jurisdictional-specific matters, including litigation, enforcement and license applications.</li><li>Contributing to the training of the team and other business stakeholders.</li><li>Contributing to the drafting and implementation of the groups’ policies and procedures.</li><li>Supporting the M&amp;A activities of the group in collaboration with the management team.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>A Law degree (LLB whilst LLM would be considered an advantage) preferably from a UK university.</li><li>Admitted Attorney to the Bar of the State of origin.</li><li>Approximately 4+ years of relevant experience.</li><li>Proven experience as an in house Legal Counsel.</li><li>Experience in regulated industries.</li><li>Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.</li><li>Fluency in English Language communication skills, both verbally and in writing.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.</li><li>iGaming experience and licensing experience (advantage).</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Benefits:&nbsp; &nbsp;<ul><li>Excellent work environment.</li><li>Attractive salary package.</li><li>Medical Insurance plan.</li><li>Pension plan.</li><li>A chance to advance professionally inside one of the world's largest iGaming organisations.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG8394.
