VACANCYLouis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels &amp; resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for its new hotel Cali in Paphos as the Receptionist and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.</li><li>Ensure an efficient reception experience is offered to the guest, including check in/out, cashiering, telephone tasks as per the brand standards.</li><li>Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about hotel services, and offer recommendations for local attractions and dining.</li><li>Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.</li><li>Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and professionally.</li><li>Process guest payments, including cash and credit card transactions, accurately.</li><li>Address and resolve guest concerns and issues in a timely and courteous manner.&nbsp;</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma graduate or equivalent.</li><li>A minimum of one years’ experience as a hotel receptionist is at a 4* or 5* hotel.</li><li>Excellent command of the English language.
