You will be liaising with our clients and answering any queries and identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. This position requires to communicate with cross functional internal teams such VIP, Product&nbsp; and Marketing departments to improve the entire customer experience.&nbsp;Your Responsibilities<ul><li>Be the go-to person for our B2B partners, developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships.</li><li>Work with our partners to understand their goals and create customized strategies that hit the mark.</li><li>Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to our partners needs and objective</li><li>Manage campaigns along with our Marketing Team</li><li>Maintain all our sites with the help of our Compliance and Tech team</li><li>Keep an eye on performance and provide insightful reports and recommendations</li><li>Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).</li><li>Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed</li><li>Problem solving by addressing issues quickly and effectively</li><li>Close collaboration our marketing, product, tech, BI and support teams to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li>Ideally 2-3 years of proven Account Manager experience in eCommerce / iGaming sectors, working ideally in the UK and other Western European markets.</li><li>A passion for the business and ideally experiences in online gaming.</li><li>A team player with great communication skills, an analytical mindset and customer focus.</li><li>You enjoy working with others and contributing to a dynamic team and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.</li><li>Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.</li><li>Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
