Currently,&nbsp;bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a&nbsp;Cost Control Engineer&nbsp;to join our team in&nbsp;Limassol.&nbsp;Main Tasks and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor and control project costs according to company standards.</li><li>Prepare cost reports and forecasts for ongoing projects.</li><li>Support with collecting and analyzing cost estimates from suppliers and contractors.</li><li>Track project changes and update the cost reports accordingly.</li><li>Work closely with the Cost Control Manager and other departments to ensure costs stay within the approved budget.</li><li>Identify cost differences and help understand the reasons behind them.</li><li>Assist in reviewing project budgets and finding ways to improve efficiency.</li><li>Research market prices and help find cost-effective options for materials and services.</li><li>Help prepare monthly cost reports for management.</li><li>Follow up on approved cost-saving initiatives.</li></ul>Requirements for the position:<ul><li>Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Economics, or similar.</li><li>At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience in construction or cost control.</li><li>Strong Excel skills</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office package.</li><li>Strong analytical and numerical skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.</li><li>CostX as an advantage</li><li>Good knowledge of construction processes.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good communication skills, both written and spoken.</li><li>Fluent in English, Greek language as an advantage.</li><li>Experience in preparing cost reports and using related software is a plus.</li></ul>&nbsp;We offer:<ul><li>Competitive and attractive compensation.</li><li>Young, dynamic and friendly working environment.</li><li>Fast-growing company with potential career perspectives.</li><li>Interesting and challenging daily tasks within various departments of the company.</li></ul>All interested Candidates are kindly invited to submit their applications <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://bbf.bamboohr.com/careers/307?source=aWQ9MTU%3D">HERE</a>.
