Check out the details below and see if this is the right fit for you. &nbsp;Purpose of Role/Summary:The payments Officer is responsible for initiating, receiving, processing, and verifying transactions related to payment unit operations.&nbsp; Also reconciling payment providers’ ledgers and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor. Main Activities and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process client payments and withdrawals accurately and efficiently</li><li>&nbsp;Track the status of payments and ensure timely processing</li><li>&nbsp;Verify and reconcile transactions with client accounts to ensure accuracy</li><li>&nbsp; Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments</li><li>Keep stakeholders informed about the status of their transactions and any issues that may arise</li><li>Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to payments and financial transactions</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payment transactions and client communications</li><li>&nbsp;Generate reports on payment activities and account statuses for internal use or regulatory purposes</li><li>&nbsp;Ensure that payment systems and databases are updated with the latest information and are functioning correctly</li><li>&nbsp;Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance, risk management, and customer service, to address payment-related issues</li><li>&nbsp;Support senior payment officers or managers with more complex payment processing tasks and projects</li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify and resolve discrepancies in payment records or client accounts.</li><li>Conduct investigations into errors or issues with payments and implement corrective measures</li><li>Any other duties relevant to the role</li></ul> Required Skills and Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in finance or any directly related field</li><li>Power Bi qualifications is appreciated</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in financial sector</li><li>Previous experience in brokerage/ financial firm payment processing or in Finance Shared Services for a global company as an asset</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel skills</li><li>Good organizational and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to work in teams and with deadlines</li></ul> Further Info:<ul><li>A competitive compensation package will be offered to the successful applicant which includes great benefits etc.</li><li>The role is onsite in Limassol, Cyprus.&nbsp;</li><li>Working hours are shifts as follows: &nbsp; shift A 7:00 AM -3:30 PM&nbsp; Shift B 3:00 PM- 11:30 PM&nbsp; Shift C 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM&nbsp;If you are interested, please apply here: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://ingotbrokers.bamboohr.com/careers/236?source=aWQ9MjI%3D">https://ingotbrokers.bamboohr.com/careers/236?source=aWQ9MjI%3D</a>&nbsp;</li></ul>
