The role involves leading and training staff, coordinating daily tasks, and supporting smooth communication between departments. Additionally, to the primary responsibility of floor supervision, the successful candidate will also undertake the secondary responsibility of laundry operations supervision, on the absence of the Laundry Supervisor. DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Supervise daily housekeeping operation across rooms and public areas</li><li>Coordinate staff duties, inspect rooms, and ensure readiness for arrivals</li><li>Monitor and maintain cleaning standards, equipment, and supplies</li><li>Communicate effectively with Front Office and Maintenance departments</li><li>Handle guest requests, complaints, and lost &amp; found items promptly</li><li>Ensure accurate completion of checklists, reports, and room status updates</li><li>Manage all day-to-day laundry operations within budgeted guidelines</li><li>Ensure all linens, uniforms, and guest items are cleaned, pressed</li><li>Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of laundry equipment and facilities</li><li>Assist in inventory control of laundry supplies and report any shortages</li><li>Conduct quality checks and ensure proper handling of guests’ and hotel items</li><li>Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for linen and uniform needs</li></ul>BENEFITS:<ul><li>An attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience</li><li>Career Progression</li></ul>REQUIRED&nbsp;QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:<ul><li>Previous experience in housekeeping and laundry supervisory roles (minimum 2 years)</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills</li><li>Strong leadership and team management abilities</li><li>Good command of English (Greek is a plus)</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks</li><li>Knowledge of housekeeping systems</li></ul>Due to work permit restrictions, only EU candidates are eligible to apply. &nbsp;All applications will be treated with the strictest of confidentiality.
