The role involves leading and training staff, coordinating daily tasks, and supporting smooth communication between departments. &nbsp; DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Supervise daily housekeeping operation across rooms and public areas</li><li>Coordinate staff duties, inspect rooms, and ensure readiness for arrivals</li><li>Monitor and maintain cleaning standards, equipment, and supplies</li><li>Communicate effectively with Front Office and Maintenance departments</li><li>Handle guest requests, complaints, and lost &amp; found items promptly</li><li>Ensure accurate completion of checklists, reports, and room status updates</li><li>Train and guide housekeeping staff, ensuring proper grooming and conduct</li></ul>BENEFITS:<ul><li>An attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience</li><li>Career Progression</li></ul>REQUIRED&nbsp;QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:<ul><li>Previous experience in housekeeping supervisory roles (minimum 2 years)</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills</li><li>Strong leadership and team management abilities</li><li>Good command of English (Greek is a plus)</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks</li><li>Knowledge of housekeeping systems</li></ul>Due to work permit restrictions, only EU candidates are eligible to apply. &nbsp;All applications will be treated with the strictest of confidentiality.
