YOUR CHALLENGE:<ul><li>Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Assist with audit queries, particularly minor queries related to supplier invoices and bank payments.</li><li>Update cash payment forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.</li><li>File invoices, bank payments, and correspondence systematically.</li><li>Ensure all supplier invoices are reviewed and signed by the corresponding manager and posted in the software accordingly.</li><li>Handle and reconcile petty cash, maintaining and updating the petty cash register.</li><li>Post bank payments and perform monthly reconciliation.</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly valuation sheets for clients and issuing invoices.</li><li>Assist with VAT payment queries and documentation.</li><li>Support the Finance Department by addressing daily queries and requirements.</li><li>Assist with office administration duties, including the preparation of internal and external documentation in accordance with purchasing procedures.</li><li>Communicate with suppliers regarding pending invoices.</li><li>Assist with executing online payments.</li><li>Run all errands which are related to the Finance Department.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;WHO ARE YOU:<ul><li>You possess experience in a similar Finance role particularly in Payables and receivables.</li><li>You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>You are fluent in both Greek and English — written and spoken.</li><li>You are an excellent team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.</li><li>You are self-motivated, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.</li><li>You demonstrate a high level of accuracy, diligence, and confidentiality in all tasks.</li></ul>Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by sending an application letter together with a detailed CV directly via email: <a href="mailto:cypruscareers@medservregis.com">cypruscareers@medservregis.com</a> by not later than 20th &nbsp;August 2025 .
