About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supermarket Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with strong organizational and people management skills, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage overall store operations, including inventory, staffing, and merchandising. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding customer service. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor stock levels, ordering, and replenishment to maintain optimal inventory. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate promotional activities and in-store marketing efforts.Qualifications &amp; Skills: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supermarket or grocery environment. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong leadership and team management abilities. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good knowledge of both Greek and English •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent communication •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good understanding of inventory control, and merchandising •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.What We Offer: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A collaborative and supportive work environment.How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their updated resume and a cover letter to <a href="mailto:info.sungardenpark@atlanticahotels.com">info.sungardenpark@atlanticahotels.com</a> with the subject line "Application – Supermarket Manager".&nbsp;
