You will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and contribute to decision-making processes that drive business growth and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will be involved in structuring deals and supporting Joint Venture (JV) collaborations, making this an ideal opportunity for someone with expertise in financial modeling, corporate finance, and deal structuring.&nbsp;Reports to: Chief Investment Officer (CIO)&nbsp;Job location: Limassol/Nicosia, Cyprus&nbsp;Main Tasks &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Play a key role in structuring deals&nbsp;and negotiating terms for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.</li><li>Support Joint Venture (JV) collaborations, including financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and risk management.</li><li>Support the development of business cases for new projects, investments, and strategic initiatives and conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence&nbsp;for potential targets / projects.</li><li>Analyze capital structures and funding options&nbsp;for development projects.</li><li>Monitor and track the financial performance&nbsp;of ongoing investments, providing regular reports to senior management.</li><li>Prepare investment models, feasibility studies, and profitability forecasts to support decision-making.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, technical, sales and legal to structure optimal deal structures, capital raising, and partnership terms.</li><li>Support investment committees by providing data-driven financial recommendations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.</li><li>Maintain financial oversight of projects, tracking KPIs and optimizing returns.</li><li>Act as an industry specialist, staying up to date with economic trends, real estate cycles, and regulatory changes.</li><li>Work independently from the finance department, focusing solely on investment-related financials.</li></ul>Requirements for the Position:<ul><li>Degree in&nbsp;Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.</li><li>Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken); Russian is an advantage.</li><li>A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience&nbsp;in investment analysis, real estate finance, or corporate finance.</li><li>Strong&nbsp;financial modeling skills, with expertise in ROI analysis and project valuation.</li><li>Ability to identify investment risks and opportunities, providing clear financial recommendations.</li><li>Experience in&nbsp;monitoring and optimizing investment portfolios.</li><li>Knowledge of&nbsp;funding structures, capital markets, and real estate financing.</li><li>Ability to work&nbsp;strategically and independently, without overlapping with corporate finance functions.</li><li>Strong&nbsp;analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills for&nbsp;C-level reporting.</li></ul>&nbsp;This role is ideal for a&nbsp;strategic thinker&nbsp;with a&nbsp;strong financial acumen&nbsp;who can bridge the gap between&nbsp;investment intelligence and financial performance at bbf:&nbsp;All interested Candidates are invited to kindly <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://bbf.bamboohr.com/careers/287?source=aWQ9MTU%3D">APPLY HERE</a>.
