Full-Time &nbsp;Sales Assistants 📍 Kiabi Store – The Mall of Cyprus&nbsp;Hudson Group is an international retailer and distributor primarily involved in the sport and fashion wear sectors. The Group’s Head Office is in Malta but is also present through offices in Italy, Cyprus, Morocco, Nigeria, Algeria and Greece.Though Hudson Holdings was founded in 2006, the Group’s roots reach as far as back as 1987 when the first pair of NIKE was sold in Malta.&nbsp;KIABI is France’s leading prêt-à-porter retailer with over 10,000 employees of 60 different nationalities. Established in 1978 in the North of France, KIABI revolutionised off-the-peg fashion with the introduction of low-cost fashion for the whole family, a concept which had never been seen before.As a symbol of simplicity, universality and joy of living, KIABI proposes ranges that are created in France by an in-house team of 56 fashion designers.&nbsp;The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:<ul><li>Liaise with clients in all areas of sales, providing a highly personalised approach</li><li>Meet set sales targets</li><li>Stock, replenish and clean sales areas</li><li>Process payments of various kinds</li><li>Offer guidance and suggest products specific to customers’ needs and requirements, utilising specialist product knowledge</li><li>To package goods for customers in a professional manner</li><li>Effectively handle customer complaints</li><li>Monitor and update display areas</li><li>Count and balance cash register and receipts</li><li>Stamp or attach price tags on merchandise and/or checks tagged prices to verify accuracy referring to price list</li><li>Check inventory periodically to obtain reorder information to replenish stock; inform designated staff member of stock requirements</li><li>Check inventory listing with actual inventory on shelf and report discrepancies to line manager</li><li>Ensure shop is always clean and tidy and displays are attractive</li></ul>&nbsp;Core competencies, knowledge, and experience<ul><li>Be able to communicate fluently in English</li><li>Good organisational skills</li><li>Well controlled and patient when dealing with clients</li><li>Must be customer focused</li><li>Must be flexible in approach, and able to work shifts</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;We offer an attractive remuneration and benefits package, including:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Bi-monthly performance-based bonus</li><li>Provident fund participation following successful completion of a 6-month probation period</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Contact Email: <a href="mailto:andri.adamou@hudsonplc.com">andri.adamou@hudsonplc.com</a>
