VACANCY NOTICERetail Marketing Manager&nbsp;CTC-ARI Airports Ltd, part of the ARI group, the Company managing the Travel Retail &amp; Duty-Free shop operations at both Larnaca and Paphos International Airports, invites applications for the recruitment of a Retail Marketing Manager, based at Larnaca International Airport.&nbsp; The role reports into the Retail Manager.&nbsp;RoleLead the development and implementation of the Brands marketing strategy at both Larnaca and Paphos Airports, ultimately driving increased sales and customer traffic through compelling campaigns that promote the brand, products, and in-store experiences.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities·&nbsp;Develop, implement and lead the consumer led marketing strategy and plans that support the delivery of this retail strategy for both Larnaca and Paphos Airports.·&nbsp;Ensure alignment across all media platforms, in-store, online and off-campus, implementing an integrated marketing strategy that delivers a consistent brand message and customer experience across every touchpoint.·&nbsp;Lead and support the well-established local marketing and ecommerce teams for maximum performance·&nbsp;Collaborate with both ARI Central and local insights teams, Category, and BI to deliver a data driven strategy for Cyprus·&nbsp;Effectively collaborate with Visual Merchandisers, Sales Managers and retail support teams·&nbsp;Create and manage a robust schedule of marketing campaigns based on the annual calendar agreed with the ARI Central team·Drive innovation and new marketing technologies in partnership with the IT and Business development teams·Liaise with the Buying Teams to ensure that all marketing activations, digital signage, and lightboxes have been utilised, sold and/or renewed·Develop and maintain the signage strategy for the business including digital·Review all key marketing activities, measuring their effectiveness with hard data, and make recommendations for the future·Develop, implement and evaluate all elements of the creative, POS, media, &amp; PR activities that deliver the marketing strategy·Adapt ARI Central strategies to local consumer behaviours always mindful of legal frameworks and market dynamics·&nbsp;Plan and manage regional marketing campaigns that support product launches, seasonal promotions, and in-store events.·Collaborate with local teams to ensure cultural and regional relevance·Be responsible for the day-to-day operation and performance assessment of the promotional areas at both airports·Manage and uphold the corporate image of Cyprus Duty Free through the provision of professional, emotionally engaging and successful promotional campaigns·&nbsp;Manage the Marketing Budget both internally and externally&nbsp;Person Specification – Requirements of the Role·&nbsp;A minimum of 5 years in a Marketing Leadership role, ideally within a Retail Environment, with a proven track record of success·&nbsp;3rd level qualification in Marketing or similar will be considered an advantage·Practical and commercially focused marketeer with proven strategic and tactical planning accompanied with brand management experience·Strong analytical and data driven skills, using both consumer and marketing insights·&nbsp;Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.·Effective management skills with experience in leading people from cross functional teams·Energetic and passionate with excellent communication skills at all levels·Strong written and verbal skills in English – being able to communicate in Greek is an advantage·Good presentation and influencing skills·Adaptability and cultural sensitivity·Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with a range of both internal and external stakeholders and at all levels of structures&nbsp;ApplicationsCandidates may apply in writing through <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://cydutyfree.com/cyprus-duty-free/cyprus-duty-free/careers">Careers (cydutyfree.com)</a> or by submitting an application letter, their Curriculum Vitae and supporting documents to <a href="mailto:careers@ctcari.com">careers@ctcari.com</a>.
