Fleet Manager We are seeking an experienced and proactive Fleet Manager to oversee the transportation operations across our group of companies with multiple retail point. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our fleet, including procurement, maintenance, compliance, cost control, and driver supervision, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery and distribution to our retail locations. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee the daily operations of the company fleet, including scheduling, routing, and vehicle utilization across all retail points.</li><li>Ensure efficient vehicle assignment to meet the logistical needs of various retail branches.</li><li>Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.</li><li>Schedule and supervise routine vehicle maintenance and necessary repairs to ensure optimal vehicle condition and minimize downtime.</li><li>Maintain service records and implement preventive maintenance programs.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement teams to acquire new vehicles as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory of all fleet assets, including registration, insurance, and inspection documents.</li><li>Hire, train, and supervise drivers, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.</li><li>Monitor driver performance, fuel usage, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Ensure all vehicles and drivers meet legal and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Implement and monitor safety protocols to reduce incidents and ensure road safety.</li><li>Manage the fleet budget, including fuel, maintenance, and vehicle acquisition costs.</li><li>Analyze fleet performance data and identify opportunities to reduce expenses and increase efficiency.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date records of fleet activities and provide regular reports to senior management.</li><li>Utilize fleet management software to monitor KPIs and operational performance.</li></ul> Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in a retail or multi-location organization.</li><li>Strong understanding of fleet management software and vehicle tracking systems.</li><li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills.</li><li>Proficient in data analysis and reporting.</li><li>Solid knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.</li></ul>If you are interested, kindly submit your CV via the provided link: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17575760261800061567eGn">https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17575760261800061567eGn</a>
