Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Litigation Lawyer, located in Limassol. The Junior Litigation Lawyer will be responsible for assisting with legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. The role also includes advising clients on legal issues and providing support to senior lawyers in various litigation cases.&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Experience Required:<ul><li>Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association (mandatory)</li><li>LLB Law degree from a recognized institution</li><li>1-2 years of post-qualification legal experience in litigation</li><li>Solid understanding of litigation procedures and rules</li><li>Experience in court appearances and representing clients before various courts</li><li>Proficiency in drafting pleadings, legal documents, and court submissions</li><li>Strong legal research and case analysis skills</li><li>Familiarity with the Cyprus i-Justice system and electronic court filing processes</li><li>Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken</li></ul>&nbsp;Additional Qualifications (Considered an Advantage):<ul><li>LLM</li><li>Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) or Legal Practice Course (LPC)</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Represent clients before District and Supreme Courts in civil and criminal cases</li><li>Draft court applications, legal opinions, pleadings, and procedural documents</li><li>Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements</li><li>Assist with corporate law matters, including company formation and regulatory compliance</li><li>Provide support on immigration services, such as residency and permit applications</li><li>Be involved in property and real estate transactions, including due diligence, contract drafting, and land registry processes</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills</li><li>High level of professional responsibility, ethics, and discretion</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic and diverse legal environment</li><li>If you meet the above criteria and are looking to develop your career in a challenging and supportive legal setting, we encourage you to apply.</li></ul>
