Job SummaryAssist Cargo Team Lead in the daily operation. Administer the handling of incoming and outgoing cargo and handle the relevant documentation, including data system entries. Uphold the applicable safety and quality standards.&nbsp;Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare airline and customs documentation for incoming and outgoing cargo and ensure paperwork is prepared timely and accurately</li><li>Ensure the correct acceptance and delivery of cargo – including as needed aircraft loading or off-loading</li><li>Comply with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies</li><li>Ensure proper compliance with local and international laws and regulations</li><li>Follow Dangerous Goods Requirements and other special Cargo such as Medicines, Pharmaceutical materials, Perishables, Agricultural products, Meat and Fish products, Valuables, Vulnerable, HUM, Live Animal, Guns and Ammunition, etc. in accordance with the rules and regulations of THE Republic of Cyprus, the EU, IATA and ICAO and of Swissport.</li><li>Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Company</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and Competencies<ul><li>High school Diploma</li><li>Previous relevant experience desired but not essential</li><li>Good oral and written English and Greek communication skills</li><li>General office operations skills</li><li>Computer literate</li><li>Customer and quality oriented</li><li>Able to work flexible working hours</li></ul>&nbsp;Equal Employment Opportunity StatementSwissport as an equal opportunity employer bases its hiring decisions on the business need and the best qualified candidates available, and does not discriminate in its employment decisions on the basis of any protected category.
