About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Release Engineer to join our team.&nbsp; This role requires someone who can effectively plan, manage and execute deployment processes while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.&nbsp;About Dot.CyDot.Cy is a global provider of software solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, with offices in Nicosia, Athens, and Dubai. Dot.Cy is a subsidiary of Total Specific Solutions (TSS), a leading provider of tailored software solutions across various sectors, including healthcare, finance, and the public sector.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Plan, generate, and verify release notes; communicate updates and track changes. 2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct environment checks and manage deployments across multiple environments. 3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide comprehensive support before, during, and after field deployments, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues. 4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Diagnoses, tests, and repairs deployment-related issues. 5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Plan and manage workflows with precision, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines. 6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules as required. 7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment processes. 8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain comprehensive documentation of deployment processes, configurations, and procedures. 9.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify and implement process improvements to enhance deployment efficiency and quality. 10.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assess and mitigate risks associated with deployments, ensuring minimal service disruption. 11.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and new hires. 12.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor deployment activities, generate reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. 13.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements during all deployment activities. 14.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead and coordinate incident resolution efforts related to deployments, ensuring timely and effective solutions. 15.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Extend the Dynamics 365/CRM platform using MS Dynamics SDK and .NET Framework. 16.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Utilize satellite products from the Dynamics 365 family to deliver client solutions. 17.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Contribute to delivery of tasks involving Microsoft-based technologies (ASP.NET Core, Windows Forms, WPF, MAUI, or Xamarin). 18.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide front-end Dynamics 365 development capabilities using modern JavaScript.&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualifications and Skills:1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven experience in release engineering, deployment management, or a similar role.2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM and related technologies.3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficiency in .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, and other Microsoft-based platforms.4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks for front-end development.5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong organizational and workflow management abilities.7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience mentoring and training junior team members is a plus.&nbsp;Education &amp; Certifications1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate, Azure Dev Ops Engineer Expert, or other relevant certifications are a strong plus.3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Additional training or certifications in release management, CI/CD tools, or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) will be considered an asset.&nbsp;What We Offer1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, paid over thirteen months.2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Hybrid working arrangement for greater flexibility.3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 20 days of annual leave which increases with tenure.4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Access to Microsoft Learn and paid Microsoft Certifications.The above job description is not comprehensive or exhaustive, thus we do not expect that candidates will meet every single criterion listed.
