The After Sales Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include follow-ups with clients, managing service schedules, offers and ensuring that all after-sales services are efficiently executed.Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills</li><li>Problem-Solving and Complaint Resolution skills</li><li>Administrative and Coordination skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and within a team</li><li>Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and CRM software</li><li>Fluency in English, Greek ;&nbsp;proficiency in Russian is a must</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:• Act as the primary point of contact for clients for construction extra works and after handling over.• Manage warranty and maintenance processes in a timely and professional manner.• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal technical and QS departments to resolve issues efficiently.• Maintain accurate records of all after-sales services.• Ensure client satisfaction by providing clear communication and quality service.&nbsp;Requirements:• Previous experience in customer service, property management, or after-sales in real estate/construction.• Strong organizational and communication skills.• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Salary and Benefits:<ul><li>Salary based on qualifications</li><li>Five-day workweek</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Performance Bonus / KPIs</li><li>Annual Leave</li><li>Ongoing Training</li><li>Career development opportunities</li><li>Team-oriented and friendly work environment</li></ul>Please send your CV to maria.iosif@cronagroup.com with the subject “After Sales Specialist”.
