About Us We are a growing real estate and property development company with active projects in Larnaca and Limassol. Our team specializes in high-quality residential and commercial developments, property management, and tenant services. We are looking for a motivated and professional Operations Assistant to support our expanding business. &nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Administrative &amp; Back-Office Support: Handle day-to-day office tasks including filing, data entry, documentation, and coordination with the management team.</li><li>Client Interaction &amp; Site Meetings: Arrange and attend on-site meetings with clients, investors, and contractors; prepare follow-up reports and meeting notes.</li><li>Tenant Relations: Act as a key contact for tenants, manage inquiries and concerns, and ensure a positive tenant experience.</li><li>Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with contractors and service providers to schedule and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution.</li><li>International Sales Liaison: Coordinate and communicate with the sales departments in other countries, ensuring smooth information flow and supporting cross-border sales activities.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirement's<ul><li>Previous experience in administration, property management, or real estate is an advantage.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (Greek is an advantage).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between Larnaca and Limassol when required.</li><li>Professional, reliable, and customer-oriented. &nbsp;</li></ul>What We Offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Flexible working hours to support work–life balance.</li><li>Company car for work-related travel.</li><li>Competitive salary package based on experience.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a dynamic real estate and development company.</li><li>Exposure to exciting property projects and collaboration with international teams.</li></ul> &nbsp; &nbsp;
