VACANCY&nbsp;Louis Hotels Plc. Co. Ltd, one of the biggest hotel groups in Greece and Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a qualified individual, for the company's head offices in Engomi, Nicosia in the following position:Human Resources Officer (Junior Level)&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and submit work visa applications for international candidates, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.</li><li>Liaise with immigration authorities, Labor Offices, migration, consulates, and embassies to facilitate smooth visa processing.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to international staff throughout the relocation and onboarding process.</li><li>Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Manage documentation and record-keeping related to international hires and their immigration status.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for international staff.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other relevant degree.</li><li>Previous experience in employee relations, HR, or a similar role will be considered as a plus.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English language both verbal and written.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-up skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive matters.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li></ul>&nbsp;Applications:Interested applicants are requested to submit their CV to the e-mail address:&nbsp;<a href="mailto:vacancies@louishotels.com">vacancies@louishotels.com</a>&nbsp;, mentioning the title of the position no later than October 15th 2025.*** All applications will be treated in strict confidence***
