Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, self-driven Secretary and Patient Relations Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, can manage multiple responsibilities, and wants to be part of a mission-driven, fast-paced organization who places patients at the center of all its activities.&nbsp; We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys interacting with people both face-to-face and online and who is proactive, resourceful and highly organized, is willing to undertake initiative and to receive feedback, has the ability to multi-task and thrives in a dynamic work environment.&nbsp;Key Responsibilitieso&nbsp;&nbsp; Welcoming patients and visitors, answering or referring inquiries and providing comprehensive frontline customer service.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Respond to telephone, e-mail and internet messaging inquirieso&nbsp;&nbsp; Attending to patient needs, requests and concerns and setting a time frame for addressing/resolving them. Where necessary, escalating the concerns to the Clinic Manager as needed.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintaining confidentiality of patient information in accordance with legislation and group policy.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Scheduling patient visits and answering questions in relation to procedures for health care provision, including about billing.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Keeping patient appointments on schedule by notifying doctors and/or relevant health care providers of patients' arrival.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Reviewing service delivery to patients as compared to the schedule.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Assisting medical personnel as regards to secretarial and administrative duties.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaising between doctors, patients, external associates and medical staff of the Group with the aim to understand individual patient needs and continuously provide excellent patient services.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Reply to social messageso&nbsp;&nbsp; Administrative Supporto&nbsp;&nbsp; Book patient appointmentsWho You Are<ul><li>Resilient, ability to work under pressure, with multiple tasks, in a fast-changing environment</li><li>Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without the need to be micro-managed</li><li>Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented — you take initiative, not just instructions</li><li>Excellent communicator who is confident speaking to healthcare professionals and local and international partners</li><li>Proficient in English and Greek (additional languages are an advantage)</li><li>Empathetic – you are dealing with people who are suffering and you are there to offer them help</li><li>Problem solving – we have a waiting list of 6+ months.
