Main duties and responsibilities:&nbsp;●&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and execute the social media strategy aligned with company goals (brand awareness, client engagement, lead generation, client acquisition, retention).●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage and grow TIOmarkets’ presence across key platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc).●&nbsp;&nbsp; Independently &amp; collaboratively create high quality and engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels, shorts, etc),●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with the team to align marketing campaigns with social media promotion and maintain a publishing schedule.●&nbsp;&nbsp; Plan, launch, monitor and optimize paid social media campaigns.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Track, analyze, and report on performance (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, ROAS).●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry news to keep content fresh and relevant.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Engage with the community, respond to comments/messages, and strengthen customer relationships through social media channels. ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support reputation management and handle sensitive feedback in line with compliance requirements.&nbsp;Key Attributes&nbsp;●&nbsp;&nbsp; 2–5 years of experience in social media management, ideally in Forex, online trading, or financial services.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrable portfolio of work with a track record of growing and managing social communities across multiple platforms.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong knowledge of paid social media advertising, including setting up ad accounts, analytics, and reporting.●&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong content creation skills with attention to detail and familiarity with compliance in regulated industries.●&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Scheduling tools, Google Analytics.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently●&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluent English (written and spoken) — additional languages are an advantage.&nbsp;What we can offer you&nbsp;●&nbsp;&nbsp;An attractive remuneration package depending on your qualifications and experience.●&nbsp;&nbsp;22 days annual leave.●&nbsp;&nbsp;Option to work from home on Fridays.●&nbsp;&nbsp;A friendly and professional work atmosphere.●&nbsp; Full health care after the end of your probationary period.●&nbsp; Participation in the employee’s provident fund scheme upon completion of your probationary period.&nbsp;If you’re interested, please send your CV to:&nbsp; <a href="mailto:careers@tiomarkets.com">careers@tiomarkets.com</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
