Currently,&nbsp;bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a&nbsp;Receptionist (Russian Speaking) for our project in Limassol. &nbsp;Main Tasks and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Providing a high level of service at the complex reception — welcoming and coordinating residents and guests, creating a comfortable atmosphere.</li><li>Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, document management.</li><li>Maintaining records, databases, and internal reporting.</li><li>Promptly responding to residents’ inquiries by phone, email, or in person.</li><li>Organizing visitor access, interacting with security and technical staff.</li></ul>Requirements for the position:<ul><li>Fluency in Russian and English is required; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.</li><li>Previous experience at a reception desk, in hospitality, or in an administrative role is a plus.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, business communication proficiency.</li><li>Confident user of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Presentable appearance, politeness, tact, and a friendly attitude.</li><li>Responsibility, stress resistance, and the ability to work well in a team.</li></ul>We offer:<ul><li>Competitive and attractive compensation.</li><li>Young, dynamic and friendly working environment.</li><li>Fast-growing company with potential career perspectives.</li><li>Working hours:&nbsp;08:30 – 17:30, Monday - Friday&nbsp;</li></ul>At&nbsp;bbf:, our&nbsp;values&nbsp;shape everything we do.We are&nbsp;sharp&nbsp;in our thinking,&nbsp;creative&nbsp;in our approach, and&nbsp;emotionally intelligent&nbsp;in how we connect with others.
