CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established provider of tailor-made Corporate, Legal, Banking, Tax, and Financial Advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Lawyer to join their growing team based in Limassol. As part of your role, you will review and draft a range of corporate and commercial agreements, liaise with various public authorities, undertake and oversee the formation and administration of companies, and more! Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Law, who are qualified members of the Cyprus Bar Association. You will need to possess approximately 2+ years of proven experience in a relevant role, and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes Annual Bonuses, Medical Insurance, Friday afternoon’s off, Flexible Working Hours, and more!&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Reviewing and drafting of corporate, finance, commercial agreements including but not limited to SPA, SHA, option agreements, loan agreements, pledge agreement, security agreements, etc…</li><li>Liaising with various public authorities (Companies Registrar, Land Registry, District Office, Tax Office etc).</li><li>Undertaking and overseeing the formation, administration and dissolution of companies registered in Cyprus and offshore jurisdictions.</li><li>Drafting and reviewing Memorandum and Articles of Association and effecting amendments on them.</li><li>Submissions of Court Applications.</li><li>Assisting with drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.</li><li>Providing legal opinions on corporate, tax, commercial matters.</li><li>Managing complaints in accordance with regulatory guidelines and complaints handling policy of the Company.</li><li>Providing legal services in connection with high profile transactions for developers, contractors, subcontractors, and leading consultants both locally and internationally.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>University Degree in Law.</li><li>Qualified Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.</li><li>2+ years of previous experience in a similar role.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both written and spoken.</li><li>Any knowledge of the Russian language will be considered a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of Zygos software will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.</li><li>Highly organized individual who is willing to meet tight deadlines, multitask and work in a challenging work environment.</li><li>Effective team worker.</li><li>Responsible and reliable person.</li><li>Dynamic person with positive personality.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Strong work ethic, credibility and trustworthy.</li><li>Ability to be adaptable.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Benefits:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>An attractive and competitive remuneration package based on skills and qualifications.</li><li>Medical Insurance.</li><li>Yearly Training Budget.</li><li>Performance based yearly bonuses and salary reviews.</li><li>Corporate events and team building activities.</li><li>Complimentary daily lunches.</li><li>Work from home and flexible working hours.</li><li>Friday half day.</li><li>Birthday leave.</li></ul> &nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG8560.
