We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Officer to join our IT team in Cyprus. In this role, you’ll help maintain and secure our company’s IT systems and networks, while delivering timely technical support that ensures smooth and uninterrupted business operations.What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and peripherals</li><li>Monitor system performance and backups to ensure business continuity</li><li>Provide first-line support and resolve technical issues (in-person, phone, or remote)</li><li>Set up and manage user accounts, profiles, passwords, and mailboxes (Active Directory, Office 365, File Server)</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application problems</li><li>Support IT security measures, firewall policies, and ISO 27001 standards</li><li>Repair, replace, and test IT equipment and new technologies</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Education: BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field</li><li>Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role (3 years preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, Active Directory, Office 365, and enterprise applications</li><li>Awareness of information security principles and firewall policies</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to new technologies</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a customer-service approach</li><li>Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information</li></ul>Why Join Us?
