Areti Charidemou &amp; Associates LLC is a law firm having its’ headquarters in Limassol and has been in service for over 30 years.&nbsp; We are looking to employ an Accountant to join our tight-knit accounting team and undertake the tasks described below.The job comes with a competitive salary, supportive work environment, work-life balance schemes and other benefits like flexible working hours and 13th salary.Job Duties and Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Responsible for the accounting of several companies under IFRS·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Preparation and submission of VAT returns, VIES and Intrastat and other issues for our clients·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Preparation of personal tax returns for our clients·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assisting in the preparation of monthly reports and statements for the Head of the Accounting Department·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform any other accounting related tasks as required&nbsp;Minimum Qualifications·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;At least three years of relevant experience in a similar position·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor's degree in accounting·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent understanding in accounting and book keeping matters·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Speak and write fluently both in Greek and English·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maturity in handling confidential information and strong work ethic·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Able to communicate clearly and concisely with clients and associates·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, with good business judgment&nbsp;If you have the required skills and you are seeking for an opportunity in a well-established company, send your CV at hr@aretilaw.comAreti Charidemou &amp; Associates LLC is an equal opportunity employer and supports workplace diversity.All applications will be treated with the strictest confidence.
