Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing team and drive strategic initiatives that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role is pivotal in strengthening our brand presence, enhancing customer engagement, and driving digital transformation across all platforms.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of marketing channels, and a proven track record of successful campaign execution.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;Brand &amp; Image Building:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Define and manage the company’s brand strategy, ensuring consistent communication across all touch points.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals ensuring consistent brand messaging.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with sales, product development, and executive leadership to align marketing efforts.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Digital Marketing &amp; eCommerce:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead online marketing strategy across SEO, paid media, social media, and content marketing.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and grow the company’s eCommerce platforms to drive sales and improve customer experience.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Analyze data and KPIs to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.Events &amp; Trade Shows:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Plan, organize, and execute events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote business and strengthen industry relationships.Public Relations:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Build strong media relations, manage press coverage, and act as the company’s spokesperson when needed.Customer Experience:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee customer-facing communication, including signage, in-store branding, and customer engagement activities.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead and mentor the marketing team across various functions including digital, content, branding, and communications.Innovation via International Alliances·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Follow latest trends in the automotive industry·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Engage with new technology providers of products &amp; services·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Appraise new international collaborations to enrich brand offering&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA/Master’s degree is considered an advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing leadership, preferably in automotive, retail, or eCommerce industries.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong expertise in digital marketing, eCommerce, and customer engagement.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on initiatives.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluency in English &amp; Greek, any other language (especially German) is good to have&nbsp;What We Offer·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A leadership role in a fast-growing company.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Opportunity to shape the marketing strategy from the ground up.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive compensation package.&nbsp;&nbsp;
