We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time Senior Corporate Administrator to join our fast-growing team in Nicosia. More information can be found on our <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://www.earlgroupco.com/earlcyprus/">website</a>.&nbsp;The PositionThe successful applicant will be responsible for providing corporate administration services to a portfolio of clients from a range of industry sectors and will be a member of a dynamic and diverse cross-border team, consisted mainly of young professionals.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Daily communication with clients and timely execution of corporate matters.</li><li>Acting as the primary point of contact for designated clients and maintaining strong professional relationships.</li><li>Proactively identifying client needs and ensuring high-quality service delivery.</li></ul></li><li>Company Administration<ul><li>Handling the incorporation of Cyprus companies and establishment of Trusts.</li><li>Managing changes in company or Trust structures (e.g. directors, shareholders, registered office, secretary, beneficiaries, trustees etc).</li><li>Preparing, reviewing, and executing legal and corporate documents, including: Agreements, Deeds, Powers of Attorney, resolutions, minutes, incumbency certificates etc.</li><li>Maintaining and updating statutory registers and company records in accordance with legal requirements.</li><li>Knowledge and hands-on execution of share allotments, share transfers and increases/reductions of share capital. Experience in reorganizations (mergers, conversions, redomiciliations, etc.) will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Preparing and filing applications, forms, and returns with the Registrar of Companies and other authorities.</li></ul></li><li>Regulatory &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Handling client due diligence and KYC onboarding in line with AML legislation and internal compliance policies.</li><li>Reviewing, maintaining, and updating companies’ KYC files on an ongoing basis.</li><li>Ensuring FATCA/CRS classification of entities, reviewing and completing relevant bank and regulatory forms.</li><li>Liaising with external regulators, auditors, lawyers, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Assisting with the preparation of internal compliance reports when required.</li></ul></li><li>Banking &amp; Transactions<ul><li>Preparing and/or reviewing bank account opening documentation and liaising with banks for account maintenance.</li><li>Overseeing payment instructions and liaising with clients on banking matters.</li></ul></li><li>Team &amp; Internal Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervising, mentoring, and providing guidance to junior team members.</li><li>Assisting management in reviewing procedures and contributing to the continuous improvement of internal policies and workflows.</li><li>Participating in internal meetings, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.</li><li>Supporting the preparation of client proposals, engagement letters, and fee quotations where required.</li></ul></li><li>General<ul><li>Ensuring that all client and company documentation is filed, organized, and stored securely in line with internal systems and GDPR requirements.</li><li>Staying updated on changes in Cyprus legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the role.</li><li>Carrying out any other ad hoc duties required to support clients and the firm’s operations.</li></ul></li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>University degree in a business related discipline</li><li>Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek</li><li>Solid interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues</li><li>Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills</li><li>Proven ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Good working knowledge of AML legislation and its practical application in KYC reviews and transaction monitoring.</li><li>Solid computer literacy and excellent command of Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with corporate services software (e.g. eBos) will be considered an advantage</li><li>Knowledge and/or prior experience with Trust formation and management; STEP qualification will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Law degree or legal experience will be considered an advantage&nbsp;</li></ul>Remuneration and Benefits<ul><li>An attractive and competitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience.</li><li>Participation in the Provident Fund scheme upon successful completion of the probation period</li><li>21 days annual leave</li><li>Friday afternoons off</li><li>Annual performance-based bonus</li><li>High growth potential and career progression opportunities</li><li>Flexible working hours and the option of working from home in line with Company policy</li><li>Casual Friday</li><li>Continuous professional development including attendance at seminars and training programs&nbsp;</li><li>Option to reduced working hours upon completion of the probation period, providing flexibility to balance professional and personal commitments.</li></ul>ApplicationsAll applications will be treated with confidentiality.
