Are you ready to support users and improve their experience with IT systems? We are looking for a motivated and client-focused&nbsp;Application Support Consultant&nbsp;to join our team and support a governmental project&nbsp;based in the Famagusta District, Cyprus. What You’ll Do: 🧩&nbsp;First-Level Support:&nbsp;Be the first point of contact for user questions and technical issues. 🛠️&nbsp;Minor Changes:&nbsp;Make small adjustments to applications when needed. 👥&nbsp;User Management:&nbsp;Add and manage user accounts within the system. 📈&nbsp;Escalation:&nbsp;Forward more complex issues to second-level support or solution vendors. 💬&nbsp;Client Communication:&nbsp;Speak directly with users to understand their needs and offer clear solutions. 📄&nbsp;Documentation:&nbsp;Keep accurate records of problems and their solutions. 🎓&nbsp;Learning:&nbsp;Participate in training sessions to better understand the application. 🤝&nbsp;Teamwork:&nbsp;Collaborate with IT team members to improve the application and user satisfaction.
