Job Description: Corporate LawyerLocation: Paphos, Cyprus Company: Ligion Trading Limited &amp; Varthomio Holdings Limited&nbsp;About Us:We are a diversified holding company with operations spanning multiple countries, including Cyprus, UAE, and Ukraine. In Cyprus, we manage a boutique hospitality business comprising five elite villas in Paphos. Additionally, our Cyprus office oversees the management of several holding companies, including offshore entities, with subsidiaries in Cyprus, Ukraine, and other jurisdictions. Our business portfolio includes investments, villa rentals, villa services, manufacturing, and trading.&nbsp;Job Duties:<ul><li>Corporate Structure Management:<ul><li>Manage the structure of holding and operating companies, including the opening and closing of companies and working with company statutes.</li><li>Prepare and draft resolutions, minutes, agreements, powers of attorney, and other necessary legal documents.</li><li>Interact with company registrars on corporate governance and compliance matters.</li></ul></li><li>Banking Compliance:<ul><li>Liaise with banks on compliance and regulatory issues, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.</li></ul></li><li>Real Estate Legal Support:<ul><li>Provide legal support for villa rentals, construction projects, and the execution of purchase and sale agreements related to real estate.</li></ul></li><li>Professional Advisory Coordination:<ul><li>Coordinate and interact with external professional advisors, including law firms and accounting firms, on various legal matters.</li></ul></li><li>Immigration and Employment Law:<ul><li>Manage the legal aspects of residence permits and visas for employees in Cyprus. </li></ul></li><li>Shareholder Document Management:<ul><li>Provide document support for shareholders, ensuring all necessary Cyprus-related documents are up to date.</li><li>Interact with Cypriot authorities on legal matters as needed.</li></ul></li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Experience:<ul><li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal profession.</li></ul></li><li>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Law.</li><li>Cyprus Bar qualification preferred but not required.</li></ul></li><li>Languages:<ul><li>Proficiency in written and oral English and Greek is essential.</li><li>Russian language skills are a plus but not mandatory.</li></ul></li><li>Skills:<ul><li>Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a small, professional team.</li></ul></li><li>Location:<ul><li>The position is based in our central Paphos office, where you will work alongside a dedicated team of 5-6 professionals.</li></ul></li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.</li><li>A collaborative work environment in a central Paphos business center.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li></ul>&nbsp;If you meet these qualifications and are interested in joining a dynamic and diverse team, we encourage you to apply. &nbsp;
