Sales Representatives

Responsibilities:The main responsibilities, among others, include:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Weekly visits to a pre-defined customer base focusing on customer service, ordering, sales growth, &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;new listings &amp; profit maximization by using efficiently the Company’s resources·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify &amp; commence cooperation with new customers, expand customer base range·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare and submit a weekly working plan to the Sales Team Leader and Sales Director·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare ahead of the next working day: changeover to working with a tablet review the sales report &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; at customer level. Checking commitments to the customer, identify opportunities for growth, &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; preparing credits, customer ledger adjustment etc·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Total familiarity with the trading terms and product range·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Customer debt-collection within agreed timespan·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Provide regularly information regarding market trends, competitive launches and competitive &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; activities (new products, new packaging, competitors’ sales promotion, sales campaigns, prices etc.)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Customer retention (fixed systematic visits, readily available by telephone, punctual performance of &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;commitments to the customer, handling customer problems in real time, updating the customer on &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; market trends, attentively respond to customer’s needs, etc)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Initiating and visiting sales promotions at the point&nbsp;&nbsp;Requirements and Qualifications:<ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in a similar position</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English language</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to learn fast and passionate for sales</li><li>Ability to work independent and within a team</li><li>Attention to detail and highly organized</li><li>Responsible and honest person</li></ul>&nbsp;To apply for this position, please email your CV to <a href="mailto:hrcyprus@tempocyprus.com.cy">hrcyprus@tempocyprus.com.cy</a>&nbsp; subject “Off-Trade Sales Promoter”&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidence&nbsp;
