Responsibilities:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and digital applications.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and align with best practices in usability and accessibility.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into effective UI solutions.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and adapt creative materials for digital marketing campaigns, including social media content, newsletters, display ads, and promotional graphics.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Create visual assets optimized for performance in online campaigns (paid ads, A/B testing, lead generation funnels).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the marketing team in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (social, email, web, paid media).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Contribute to content strategy by recommending design approaches that maximize user engagement.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor design performance in campaigns and provide suggestions for continuous improvement.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stay informed about emerging trends in both UI design and digital marketing. &nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven experience as a UI Designer, with a strong portfolio of web and mobile interface designs.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Demonstrated experience in digital marketing design (social media, paid ads, email campaigns, web assets).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong proficiency in design tools.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficiency&nbsp;in MS Office.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and digital branding.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (written and spoken).&nbsp;&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent organization and time management skills&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Commitment to delivering&nbsp;the highest&nbsp;quality with attention to detail.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Nice to have:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of digital marketing practices (basic SEO, campaign performance metrics, A/B testing).&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Skills in motion graphics or video editing.&nbsp;We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for growth and advancement.&nbsp;&nbsp;If you are interested&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;position,&nbsp;please&nbsp;submit&nbsp;your CV at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:careerscy@delfipartners.com">careerscy@delfipartners.com</a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;mention&nbsp;in the&nbsp;subject the reference&nbsp;DPUID25.Each application will be treated with the strictest confidence.&nbsp; Please note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
