On behalf of our client,&nbsp;a leading International Group of Companies in the Oil and Gas sector, we are seeking a driven and ambitious&nbsp;Business Analyst&nbsp;to join their expanding team based at&nbsp;their headquarters in&nbsp;Nicosia, Cyprus. &nbsp;Business Analyst – Ref. (5975/BA/ESS/CY) Key Responsibilities: This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering and business and is passionate about delivering innovative solutions that drive progress.<ul><li>Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Design, develop, and implement business and financial solutions in line with project requirements.</li><li>Conduct in-depth research, market analysis, and financial modeling to support business initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and commercial departments, to ensure project goals are met.</li><li>Monitor, maintain, and improve existing business processes and workflows.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, presentations, and documentation for management.</li><li>Participate in project meetings, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis.</li><li>Support new business development initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning projects.</li></ul>Requirements:​​​​​​<ul><li>&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in engineering, finance, or business analysis.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to develop reports, financial models, and professional presentations.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.</li><li>Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, or technical project management is an advantage.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.</li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to propose innovative, practical solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.</li><li>Commitment to continuous learning, improvement, and professional development.</li><li>High level of integrity and professionalism.</li></ul>Interested candidates should apply <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17533503812930037257kQt?source=Ergodotisi">here</a>
