LONDOU TRADING LTD, with Headquarters in Larnaca, exclusive agents and Distributors of well-known FMCG is looking for a dynamic, ambitious and highly motivated Chief Accounting Officer to fulfill a job vacancy in the company.&nbsp;Qualification Requirements:<ul><li>BS degree in accounting or a related field.</li><li>A Master’s degree in accounting or Professional Accounting Certifications (ACCA/ACA/CPA) will be considered an advantage.</li><li>5+ years’ work experience in a similar role with a proven track record of leadership and management within an accounting department.</li><li>Previous experience in FMCG industry will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Knowledge of the accounting software ¨SAP Business One” will be considered as an additional advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to apply judgment, business acumen, and diligence when carrying out work tasks.</li><li>Excellent team player.</li><li>Able to motivate the team and lead by example.</li></ul>&nbsp;Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and update accounting records and bookkeeping in line with Cyprus legislation and international accounting standards.</li><li>Prepare and review accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Monitor budgets, and daily financial transactions.</li><li>Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accuracy in financial reporting.</li><li>Manage VAT, tax, and social insurance submissions.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and financial performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Responsible for the preparation of payments and the execution of bank payments to ensure timely and accurate transactions.</li><li>Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.</li><li>Actively involved in the annual audit process.</li><li>Handle payroll and employee-related payments.</li><li>Create accounting strategies to maximize profits.</li><li>Work with senior management on financial strategy development.</li><li>Develop and maintain an efficient and organized filing system to ensure seamless access to important financial documents.</li><li>Be able to manage the accounting team.</li><li>Build, recruit, and train a growing accounting team as the company scales.</li><li>Supporting the department with other accounting tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.</li><li>Uphold the excellent reputation of our firm.</li><li>Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve shared goals.</li><li>Report directly to the Managing Director.</li></ul>Benefits:&nbsp;An attractive remuneration package will be offered based on qualifications, experience and personality.&nbsp;Applications:&nbsp;All applications should be forwarded by November 18th, 2025 to the following email address: <a href="mailto:cvlondou@londou.com">cvlondou@londou.com</a> or by submitting it through our website <a href="http://www.londou.com">www.londou.com</a>&nbsp;After collecting and evaluating the CVs we will contact candidates who meet the requirements of the position to set up a meeting for an interview.&nbsp;All applications will be treated in strict confidence&nbsp;
