Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Record and reconcile daily financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness &nbsp;</li><li>Manage&nbsp;accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking &nbsp;</li><li>Perform&nbsp;bank reconciliations&nbsp;and maintain up-to-date ledgers &nbsp;</li><li>Maintain organised financial records and ensure compliance with local regulations &nbsp;</li><li>Oversee&nbsp;payroll processing,&nbsp;social insurance contributions, and&nbsp;employee expense claims &nbsp;</li><li>Support management with&nbsp;monthly financial summaries,&nbsp;cash flow updates, and&nbsp;budget tracking &nbsp;</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy &nbsp;</li><li>Liaise with management, suppliers, and other departments regarding financial matters &nbsp;</li><li>Handle&nbsp;general office administration&nbsp;and assist with daily operational needs &nbsp;</li></ul> Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in&nbsp;accounting or bookkeeping&nbsp;roles &nbsp;</li><li>Relevant qualification in&nbsp;Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration&nbsp;(LCCI, AAT, or equivalent) &nbsp;</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices &nbsp;</li><li>Excellent&nbsp;Excel&nbsp;skills and familiarity with&nbsp;accounting software&nbsp;(e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) &nbsp;</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management &nbsp;</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team &nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills &nbsp;</li><li>Good command of&nbsp;English&nbsp;(knowledge of Greek is an advantage)</li></ul>Why Join Us?At Cyprus Villa Retreats, we combine professionalism with a relaxed, positive work culture.
